Rock Band

This is a unique program that groups students together into a band! This is a 16 week program, where students rehearse once a week and put on a rock show at the end. students play modern rock/pop as well as classics. The program is taught by Kevin Jellison, who has been around the music industry and lives to tell about it!

...my daughter was given the opportunity to join other students from Rainbow Bridge Studio to form a “Rock Band”. The instructors, Kevin Jellison and Olga Jellison, are professional musicians, very talented in their own right and encouraging of the students’ musical development. Along with the program’s structured group rehearsals is the ultimate goal of performing live in front of a real crowd... I am very pleased with and highly recommend Rainbow Bridge Studios’ programs.

Working with the band gave Peter a complete sense of all that music can be and do; it gave him the joy of making music with other people and the satisfaction of working hard on something over time to bring it to life. It was exciting to get a behind-the-scenes view of great songs that we all take for granted, and the sense that music is a shared process is one of the many gifts that Kevin and Olga gave him. Their patience, imagination, and knowledge--but above all their love of music--seem limitless! And at the recording session Peter was completely fascinated to learn how technology can create rock stars. it’s magic, you know: never believe it’s not so!!!
